Well, time to see if Madness Inc critiquer training is worth anything.

The first thing that comes to mind when looking at a Deviation like this is that since it's a christmas theme it will have less colours, meaning that if it is done well it's even more epic but it still saves SOME face if it isn't, though this Deviation... i'd say it falls under 'its done well'.
Vision: 4/5: While it clearly serves it's purpose of making Amy look like she's into the Christmas Spirit one thing jumps out straigh away, the pink of her fur / skin is too light, for Rosy the Rascal (early Amy) MAYBE but not for the more modern Amy Rose.
Originality: 3.5/5, There's not really much originality as you've already been given the idea, yes I know the contest rules, something Amy and Christmas themed, so I can't say you lacked idea when making this, however the idea of her being tangled in christmas wrapping, wait, is it a christmas dress? i'm confused, either way it's got an idea of your own in there so deserves to be rated fairly.
Technique: 3.5 / 5, I don't know the HALF of the tools people use for making Deviations so it's a bit of a poor area for me. My Deviations have only used Paint so far. But something in the design tells me that there's effort in there.
Impact: 3 / 5, there's only ONE Deviation i've seen since joining DA that has given me the impression of a 5 start impact and that was actually a Literature piece with a catching start, don't let the rating bring you down, it's mainly down to luck to score a Deviation with a high impact, effort DOES play a little bit in it too.
Overall: 4 + 3.5 +3.5 + 3 = 14, divided by 4 = 3.5 Average, well that's not too bad right? <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
